About HearScribe Emails

When you click "Email Notes" in the app, HearScribe sends professionally formatted emails on your behalf using your clinic branding above.

Multisite users: When you use the multisite dropdown to switch locations, that location's details (name, address, logo, admin email) will be used instead of these Main Clinic/Head Office defaults.

Privacy Settings

Hide Audio Player

When enabled, the audio playback controls and download button are hidden after recording. This means no accessible recording exists - audio data remains only in browser memory and is destroyed when you click "Next Patient" or close the browser.

Why use this? Some clinicians prefer this mode as it means there is no persistent recording that anybody could access, making the data processing more analogous to traditional note-taking.
